Strength In Stories recommendation by
I read because I love reading many different stories and how they can all vary yet share the same messages. I think others should read to gain different perspectives on life.
Book Summary
Miranda and her mom and two brothers are some of the few alive on Earth a year after an asteroid hit the moon causing it to move closer to the earth and changed its gravitational force. They spend all day looking for food, chopping wood, and trying to stay alive in the now freezing climate. When her dad and stepmom bring their new baby and three strangers, the struggle to survive intensifies and they all try to help each other.
Favorite Part or Fun Fact
This book is praised for its realistic portrayal of survival in a world deeply changed by a moon-altering event.
